Go to one yoga class a month and then two the next month.
Small rewards are a great encouragement to keep you going during the hardest first days. Try to make these rewards healthy so that they are not focused on money or food. Instead, treat yourself to a long-distance call to a supportive friend, a siesta, or a trip to the movies.
